Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after conforming the order from customer.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high demand or stock availability, customers will be notified promptly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Within Lahore:
- Standard delivery: 1-2 business days.
- Outside the Lahore 2–3 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic (Pakistan):
- Free shipping on orders above PKR [1500].
- Standard rate of PKR [250] applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
- Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours with proof (images).
- In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide assistance or replacement where applicable.
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.
