a) Refund/Return Policy:
- Product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 days mark any request would not be catered. The product should be in its original packaging and unused.
- In case of damaged parcel, please contact us through our helpline, email or any of our socials immediately after receiving the parcel. Make sure to keep the security flyer and receipt intact as it would be needed for verification along with your order number. We will either replace the parcel or send you a full refund.
